Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled drop-off date and time will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, if your reservation falls 5 days before or 5 days after a national holiday (plus Spring/Fall Breaks), the reservation must be cancelled 7 days before the scheduled drop-off date and time to avoid the cancellation fee. If your reservation is not cancelled within those time frames, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.  Failure to provide current vaccination records 24 hours prior to the drop-off date can result in a cancellation and the fee will apply.
